Korean Multi-Cultural Center is opening a training course for immigrants on the 13th of next month. Tour guide interpreters will guide foreign tourists through Korean history, culture and tour sites. They will also be in charge of providing the tourists all of the services needed during their tour from arrival and departure process to scheduling the whole tour. The center is hosting this program for the past 2 years to create employment opportunities to immigrants. This program which is for non-Korean immigrants and exchange students, will be held for 24 weeks (until November) considering the Tour interpretation test in September. There will be 120 students divided into 4 classes, 6 hours a week, learning about Tour resource, Tour policies and Pre-Interview. Pre-interview will be held separately for those who apply for the class. All classes are taught in Korean and class registration is until the 13th of next month. (Apply at cmck@naver.com)
